Job Description

Position:
Front Desk Receptionist

Nation Security is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist with strong leadership, excellent problem‑solving skills, and effective communication abilities.

We are looking for a positive and professional multitasker to serve as the face of our business. The ideal candidate will welcome visitors, clients, and employees, answer phone calls and emails, manage mail, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and provide administrative support as needed. Strong communication skills, a professional work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure building security by enforcing visitor sign‑in protocols
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, paperwork, and photocopying
  • Organize company trips and handle employee travel itineraries
  • Greet employees, clients, and visitors warmly and provide information or directions as needed
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an up‑to‑date calendar
Qualifications
  • Experience in handling phone calls and managing stressful situations
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in word processing programs and basic computer skills
  • At least one year of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred

    Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Office and recruitment experience required
  • Intermediate computer skills, including ATS, online job boards, and Google Office Suite
  • Energetic personality, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
Workplace Safety Measures
  • Personal protective equipment provided or required
  • Social distancing guidelines in place
  • Sanitizing and disinfecting procedures in place
