We are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family as Automotive Parts Specialists. While experience in automotive parts is preferred, a background in automotive industry or a willingness to learn is sufficient. • Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for our fleet customers.
• Assist other NAPA team members and answer customer questions using your parts knowledge.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced environment.
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
• Inform customers about parts availability.

• Enjoy helping fleet customers with their parts and service needs.
• Have gained parts experience through the automotive industry or by repairing cars and trucks.
• Want to grow your parts knowledge by working with other NAPA professionals.
• Are eager to learn and develop your career with endless opportunities.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or a willingness to learn all things auto parts.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school courses are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
• Ability to work in an airport environment or shop setting.

• Passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership.
• Experience with airport ground support equipment.
• Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, and inventory management systems.
• Customer-centric attitude.
• ASE Certifications are a plus but not required.
