• Greet customers.
• Accurately document all customer concerns on work order.
• Complete all documents required for repair order compliance.
• Perform walk around video for vehicle condition proper documentation.
• Responsible for communicating with customers / technicians / extended warranties and insurance companies for additional services / repairs recommended or needed.
• Keep customers updated daily on their vehicle's status.
• Answer phone calls for service questions.
• Complete customer's active delivery process when ready.

• Must have at least two years of dealer experience.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Drug test and background check required.
• Clean and valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Must comply and maintain BRAND training standards.

• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
• Auto estimating: 1 year (Required)
• Automotive repair: 1 year (Preferred)

Full-time

$85,000 to $120,000 per year.

• commission pay.

• 8-hour shift
