Integrate sustainability initiatives and alternative fuels, while maintaining high standards of operational execution and documentation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Track and report KPIs: cost savings, supplier OTD/spec quality, deviation rates, and sustainability milestones.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Marine Ops, Energy Management, Vessel Ops, Scheduling, AP, Legal) to resolve delivery issues and optimize supply plans.
  • Maintain accurate order files, BDNs, compliance documentation, and support QBRs and corrective actions.
  • Lead the procurement and purchasing of non-fuel marine consumables and operational supplies (e.g., lubricants, chemicals, deck and engine spares, safety equipment, and technical stores).
  • Develop supplier strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of all marine-related goods at optimal cost.
  • Collaborate with Marine Operations, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and support vessel readiness for guest operations.
  • Track and report KPIs for cost savings, supplier performance, delivery accuracy, and compliance with cruise industry standards.
