An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and detail-oriented Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join a leading hospitality procurement team. This role is ideal for an individual with a keen eye for cost optimization, vendor management, and sourcing strategies within the OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and managing procurement projects to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness across multiple hospitality properties.

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency.
• Manage the vendor selection process, including issuing RFPs/RFQs, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.
• Maintain and update pricing databases and procurement records to ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and opportunities for improved procurement processes.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality service, compliance, and contract adherence.
• Analyze procurement costs and implement strategies to enhance financial efficiency.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing sourcing solutions and cost-effective alternatives.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring continuous improvements in quality, cost, and service levels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet sourcing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of experience in OS&E sourcing within the hospitality or procurement industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software tools.
