- Responsible for approximately 40-60 total accounts (depending on other responsibilities and factors), with assistance from an Account
- Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator
- Sends final client deliverable, as well as written recommendation, to dedicated team member for peer review
- Responsible for presenting client deliverable, as needed, to core team and/or client with leadership supervision
- Potential responsibility related to growth (build relationship and working parameters with growth team)
- Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clients
- Minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals
- First line of defense for escalated issues related to marketing, claims and/or clinical with ability to discern further escalation to Manager
This is a remote eligible position.

This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, based upon the financial performance of the organization and the individual contributions of the Associate.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or years of experience equivalent
- Typically more than 7 years of Client services experience is required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
- Demonstrates strong working knowledge and experience within brokerage industry
- Understands industry trends and governmental regulations
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
- Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of Client and company information
- Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
