OverviewThe On-the-Job (OJ) Trainer plays a key role in developing and supporting team members through hands‑on training in an active warehouse and airport operations environment. Located on site at the Miami Airport
, this position focuses on ensuring employees are properly trained in safety, compliance, and operational standards across various functional areas. The ideal candidate leads by example — demonstrating tasks, coaching on the floor, and reinforcing company values of safety, teamwork, and service excellence.
- Deliver hands‑on, floor‑based training in operational areas such as aircraft cleaning, ramp operations, warehouse functions, and customer service.
- Conduct on‑the‑job instruction and safety demonstrations to ensure employees understand and adhere to company and airport regulations.
- Partner with department managers and supervisors to identify training needs and tailor instruction for each work area.
- Provide one‑on‑one coaching, feedback, and mentoring to reinforce skills, improve performance, and ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain detailed training records
, attendance logs, and progress reports in accordance with company policies. - Evaluate trainee performance through observation and assessments to ensure procedural compliance and safety awareness.
- Support cross‑training initiatives to build team flexibility and coverage across multiple operational functions.
- Lead by example — modeling professionalism, reliability, and customer‑focused service on the warehouse floor.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operations and team development.

- Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Valid state‑issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong communication skills (English reading, writing, speaking)
- Comfortable using electronic devices (iPads/Tablets, computers, mobile devices) for recordkeeping and communication
- Able to perform in a warehouse and airport environment
, which includes standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed - Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligible to obtain required airport credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, etc.)
