In Alliance, you will establish partnerships with companies to better serve our client’s needs, build relationships to complement PwC’s strategy, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver multi‑competency programmes and solve critical business issues.

You are responsible for coaching team members, leveraging their strengths, managing performance, and identifying opportunities to contribute to the firm’s success. You lead with integrity, articulate our purpose and values, embrace technology and innovation, and encourage others to do the same.

• Build and maintain substantial pipelines to advance deals
• Increase visibility and promote PwC's unique propositions
• Maintain cohesive strategy execution with Alliance Point Partners

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience in partner & alliance management, relationship management

• Demonstrating leadership in managing alliance lifecycle activities
• Building and maintaining relationships with alliance stakeholders
• Driving demand generation initiatives for visibility and pipelines
• Leading cross‑functional teams on large‑scale initiatives
• Communicating effectively with C‑level executives
• Possessing a track record of driving successful programs
• Synthesizing data into actionable insights
• Traveling up to 30% as needed and internationally as required

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
