Join our team as a Junior Demand Planner and help create accurate demand forecasts to ensure product availability. You’ll analyze sales trends, monitor forecast accuracy, and collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain in a fast-paced food environment. Perfect for someone early in their planning career who is analytical and eager to learn the full S&OP process.

• Assist in generating monthly SKU/customer forecasts using tools like Excel and ERP systems.
• Update forecast files with sales inputs, promotions, and seasonality.
• Maintain data accuracy and prepare dashboards/reports for S&OP meetings.
• Track KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory levels) and flag shortages or overstock.
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to validate assumptions and address constraints.
• Learn forecasting best practices and support process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1 year in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Data Analytics.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with forecasting concepts.
• Experience with planning tools (Streamline, SAP, Power BI) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communicator.
