Head of Practice / Lead Recruiter / Recruitment Manager

Goliath is the 8th and newest firm in a multi-billion dollar VC portfolio. Our aim is to scale with our clients & thus far we've managed to do exactly that, unlocking the most senior hire role we'll have made as a business. We've been operating in the financial space and have developed partnerships into the most profitable prop trading firms & funds globally.

With placements across HK, LDN, NYC, MIA, CHI, SF, LA, SG and AMS there isn't a financial hub that we've not had a hand in building.

We are developing our leadership layer, and looking for someone that will be a value add to us out of our MIA HQ. Relocation compensation available, as is visa assistance. We'll be in New York City in late 2026 so the plan will be for this person to take over the MIA office or come with a incubated group to the big city.

We want someone with leadership experience that has exposure to building out a market in one or more of the following:

• Quant Trading/ Discretionary PMs & SPMs
• Quant Research (Central Liquidity Books through to Pods)
• Sell Side/ Buy Side

Package:

• Salary up to $135,000 with unrivalled commission for the area.
• Team of 3 by close of 2026.
• Promotion to Director by close of 2026.
