The Management Associate role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in logistics and operations management. This position is part of a structured development program that provides hands‑on exposure to multiple areas of the business, including operations, supply chain, and client support. You will work closely with experienced leaders, gain practical experience through rotational assignments, and develop the analytical and leadership skills needed to grow into a long‑term role within the organization.
Responsibilities- Participate in rotational assignments across Operations, Procurement, Client Services, Transportation, and Process Improvement li>
- Support managers with planning, implementing, and monitoring operational initiatives
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for internal leadership and external clients
- Assist with daily operational decision‑making related to resource planning and service level management
- Collaborate on process improvement projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality
- Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support change management efforts and SOP development
- Work closely with account managers to understand client needs and support issue resolution
- Participate in training sessions, mentorship meetings, and professional development activities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership with insights and recommendations
Gain a strong understanding of end‑to‑end logistics processes including order management, warehouse workflows, carrier coordination, and performance tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong interest in building a long‑term career in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
- Internship or entry‑level experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or consulting
- Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems
- Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of transportation logistics, warehouse operations, or outsourcing environments
