• Participate in rotational assignments across Operations, Procurement, Client Services, Transportation, and Process Improvement

Gain a strong understanding of end‑to‑end logistics processes including order management, warehouse workflows, carrier coordination, and performance tracking
• Support managers with planning, implementing, and monitoring operational initiatives
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for internal leadership and external clients
• Assist with daily operational decision‑making related to resource planning and service level management
• Collaborate on process improvement projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality
• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• Support change management efforts and SOP development
• Work closely with account managers to understand client needs and support issue resolution
• Participate in training sessions, mentorship meetings, and professional development activities
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership with insights and recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong interest in building a long‑term career in logistics, operations, or supply chain management

• Internship or entry‑level experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or consulting
• Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems
• Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of transportation logistics, warehouse operations, or outsourcing environments
