• Assist in the planning and execution of various events.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
• Help maintain event budgets and timelines to ensure successful execution.
• Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and managing social media presence for events.
• Act as a point of contact during events, providing exceptional customer service to guests.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.

• Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
