Senior Sales Manager

Description- Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients at all times.
- Respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers, delivering clear and concise communications representative of Hyatt through all channels.
- Demonstrate excellent time management, self‑motivation, and proactive planning while being organizationally savvy with a keen focus on detail.
- Maintain existing assigned accounts/segments and diligently develop new business opportunities for the hotel.
- Monitor and manage all aspects of pre‑event, event, and post‑event details—tracking, detailing, and communicating the particulars of each assigned account, group, or event.
- Assist with projects, reports, training, coaching, performance evaluation, and supervision of employees as directed by the Director of Sales and General Manager (if applicable).
- Work with internal and external partners to forecast group rooms and F & B revenues accurately, understanding conditions and strategies that maximize released space and rooms to impact hotel revenues.
- Gain knowledge of the hotel’s food and beverage products, pricing, presentation, and learn about function space, audio‑visual, and other details related to event success.
- Consistently attain sales activity goals and individual revenue goals, including proactive and reactive calls, tours, and appointments as outlined by Concord, your RVPSM, and your supervisor.
- Learn and use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes (e.g., Delphi, CI/TY, PMS, sales call process) and understand the hotel’s sales strategies (Marketing Plan, rates, budgeted goals). Implement these tools and resources to accomplish individual and team goals efficiently.
- Prepare for and participate in all necessary internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, planning, training, and communications required for the position.
- Work collaboratively in a unified and entrepreneurial manner, making decisions that best serve the hotel and achieve team goals.
- Own career development for self and direct reports, advocating for training and job opportunities that hone talents, skills, creativity, and growth.
- Carry out any reasonable requests made by Management and seek to comply with company policies and procedures.
