Job Description
The Client Service Associate will play an essential role in ensuring a seamless, positive experience for our clients. This position requires a polished, organized, and solution-oriented professional who can manage client inquiries, provide tailored support, and uphold the high service standards of Skill Bridge Academy. You will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and long-term relationship building.
Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
- Assist clients with account needs, service inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and coordinate solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support onboarding processes by guiding clients through service offerings and next steps.
- Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and streamline service processes.
- Uphold company standards by ensuring a professional and supportive experience at every touchpoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer-focused mindset.
