Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Communications Specialist to support the creation, coordination, and delivery of internal and external communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our brand voice, streamlining communication strategies, and ensuring consistency across all channels. This position requires strong organizational abilities, excellent writing skills, and a proactive mindset to support ongoing projects and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop clear, compelling written content for internal memos, newsletters, announcements, and external correspondence.
  • Assist in creating and managing communication strategies that support company goals.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
  • Support project documentation, presentation development, and communication planning.
  • Monitor communication performance and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare talking points, briefs, and summaries for leadership as needed.
