Kalorik is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to assist in the coordination of new and existing product launches to market. Successful candidates will be intimately familiar with the Kalorik product line and be the main point of contact for any product-related questions. You must be adept at communicating cross-functionally with personnel from all levels of the organization.

• Define and manage all the project launches on .
• Determine the product’s main selling points in conjunction with the Insights and Brand teams and support Sales and Marketing Departments with accurate product information and assets to optimize the products' presentation to distribute to customers and end consumers on products launched by the company.
• Hold all stakeholders accountable to timelines and deliverables, and provide prompt updates in case of deviation with the original project schedule.
• Collaborate with Marketing on all artwork creation needed for the productions in China, and issue print-proof approvals to suppliers.
• Ensure that products in the assigned line follow all current norms and local safety requirements. File and maintain the product certification database.
• Responsible to enter all technical aspects of products into databases (KPS, GP).
• Proof product copies to ensure the main key product features, benefits and specifications are correctly stated.
• Create and maintain multilingual user manuals and provide key information to ensure gift box creations for the product lines.

• Ensure accurate samples inventory is maintained.
• In conjunction with Quality department, prepare, schedule & supervise Clients’ QA requirements, such as 3rd party lab testing; ensure the testing results from the 3rd party are issued timely to client; ensure the testing reports or QA documents are filed in the company’s servers.

• Bachelor’s Degree or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior Project Management Experience preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to deal with a wide cross section of people both internal and external to the business.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Service skills and awareness for customer care/satisfaction.
• Strong computer skills - Word/Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
• Shows initiative engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and look for solution.
