• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to create standardized workflows and improve efficiency across the National AMS team
• Redesign and implement best-in‑class business processes and workflows, leveraging available technology and software
• Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference purposes
• Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to ensure alignment in business process design
• Lead training efforts to support the implementation of new processes and systems

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a designated line of business within insurance brokerage
• Strong understanding of insurance brokerage business operations
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in process improvement and refining workflows using best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and propose process improvements
• A proactive approach with a commitment to achieving sustainable results
