Our client, a real estate technology company in Miami, FL, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a six‑month contract‑to‑hire position. This onsite role blends business analysis and product management skills to lead process and technology improvement initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.

The Senior Business Analyst will identify, assess, and spearhead finance transformation projects, collaborating with finance staff and cross‑functional teams from business and IT. The candidate must translate business requirements into actionable projects aligned with the Finance function’s strategic vision.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading process and technology improvement initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Working with finance resources and cross‑functional teams to execute finance transformation projects.
• Independently translating business requirements into achievable projects.
• Ensuring changes align with the strategic vision of the Finance function.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 8+ years overall experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Management.
• 5+ years experience with ERP or EPM applications, ideally JD Edwards or Oracle EPM Cloud.
• 5+ years Lean Six Sigma experience;
  Greenbelt highly preferred.
• Experience working in the finance/banking industry.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, information technology, or related field.

The expected hourly rate range for this role is $43‑63 per hour. The posted range is an estimate; actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
