We are looking for someone to help support our Investor Relations strategy and initiatives.

This is a dynamic role that provides for significant learning opportunities across RBI.Reporting to the Senior Managerof Investor Relations, you’ll bean integral part ofshapingourfinancial storyforinvestors and research analysts.

Ourteampartnerswiththe Brand, Finance, Communications,and Legalteamstoclearlyarticulate our performance, strategyand growth opportunities to external audiences.

This individual’s keyprioritieswill includemanagingpreparationsforourquarterly earningscalls and investor events,assisting with quantitative and qualitative analyses ofRBIand peerresults,andsupportingrelationships withkeyinternal and external stakeholders.

Develop a strong understanding of each ofourbusiness units, our overall strategy,and the restaurant industry

Managetheearnings process,including supporting preparation ofthe earnings script,press release,and Q&A

Assist indraftingmaterials forinvestorconferences,RBI-hostedinvestorevents,andlender presentations

Build strong internal networks to ensure

IR iscurrentonbusiness progressin order to effectively articulate

RBI’s performance and strategic priorities to the investment community

Engage in qualitative andquantitativeanalyses of RBI and competitorresults

Review and analyze Wall Street estimates for RBI and peers and maintain valuationand tradinganalyses

Monitor research on RBI, the industry,and competitors,and providerelevantsummariestointernal teams

Stay updated on market sentiment and reactions to RBI, industry,and competitor developments

Support outreach efforts,including coordinatinginvestormeetings and conferences

Track investor engagement and synthesize keyquestionsandemerging themesto inform messaging

Prepare regular updates for the executive team and Board of Directors on IR-related activities

Track RBI’s shareholder ownership and inform leadership team of notable ownership changes

Support ESG outreach initiatives and preparations for RBI’s annual shareholder meeting

Maintain the Investor Relations section of RBI’s website and third-party vendor relationships

Assist with ad hoc projects such as Board presentations, research requests,and benchmarking analyses
