Senior Business Analyst

Our client, a real estate technology company in Miami, FL, is in need of a Senior Business Analyst for a six‑month contract‑to‑hire position. Working onsite daily, this position requires a unique combination of business analysis and product management skills. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and leading various process and technology improvement initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement.

They will work with other Finance resources and a cross‑functional team from the broader business and IT during the execution of finance transformation projects. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who can independently translate general business requirements into achievable projects and ensure these changes align with the strategic vision of the Finance function. The successful candidate will bring direct experience in problem solving, process analysis, design, and implementation of complex solutions.

Experience in finance, operations, analytics, BI reporting tools, and ERP systems is highly desirable.

• 8+ years overall experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Management
• 5+ years experience working with ERP or EPM Applications, ideally with JD Edwards or Oracle EPM Cloud
• 5+ years Lean Six Sigma experience (Greenbelt highly preferred)
• Experience working in Finance/Banking Industry
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Information Technology, or related field

The expected hourly rate range for this role is $43–63 per hour. The posted range is an estimate; the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
