Dance Arts Miami is a busy, established adult dance and movement studio with strong daily foot traffic, high class attendance, and a vibrant community. We’re looking for a Studio Supervisor & Sales Manager to help strengthen our sales and conversion processes while overseeing day‑to‑day studio operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a people‑centered environment and knows how to guide interested clients toward the right memberships, private lessons, and long‑term programs.
The RoleYou’ll oversee studio operations and lead sales conversations, ensuring that interest from existing students turns into long‑term engagement. The studio is active and full — this position focuses on maximizing opportunities already inside the studio, not fixing a broken business.
For the right candidate, this role may start part‑time and grow into a full‑time position.
Key Responsibilities- Lead sales conversations with new and existing students
- Convert walk‑ins, trial students, and class attendees into memberships and private lessons
- Improve follow‑up systems and client communication
- Support instructors and staff with sales timing and language
- Oversee daily studio flow and front desk operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
- Order supplies and handle day‑to‑day operational needs
- Support events, workshops, and studio activities
- Experience in a dance studio, gym, fitness studio, yoga/Pilates studio, spa, or other related industry
- Comfortable with service‑based sales (memberships, packages, programs)
- Organized, proactive, and reliable
- Willing to be hands‑on when needed
- Dance experience is a strong plus (not required)
- Part‑time or full‑time, depending on fit
- Monday–Friday availability
- Schedule is flexible depending on studio needs Typical hours between 11am–8pm , 12pm–9pm or 1‑10pm
- Occasional evenings/weekends for events
- Additional earnings through commissions and performance‑based incentives
- Strong upside for candidates who enjoy client engagement and sales
This role includes a 60‑day trial period to ensure mutual fit before moving into a long‑term or permanent position.
