HR Manager

Plenty of people can pull the numbers;
Accenture needs a HR Manager who knows which numbers are worth pulling. What sets the offer apart is trust — $113,000 - $169,000 and freelance hours are nice, but the business ownership is the headline.

• Design dashboards that track revenue, retention, and unit economics
• Translate Accenture goals into quarterly roadmaps the business team can actually ship
• Keep Accenture compliant without grinding the whole operation to a halt
• Carry a results-oriented business problem from whiteboard to working pilot in Miami, FL
• Monitor industry shifts and advise leadership on strategic responses
• Chase down why margin slipped and come back with a fix, not a theory
• Read the FMLA Administration signals early enough to steer before the quarter closes

• 8 years of learning when to trust the process and when to break it
• Sharp organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple work streams
• Curiosity and a continuous drive to sharpen your business craft
• The kind of curiosity that reads the docs before asking
• Written communication clear enough to survive a forwarded email chain
• Willingness to commute to Miami, FL or work flexibly as needed

Accenture is Miami, FL's answer to a business industry grown lazy, run by a team-oriented team that still cares about Change Management. Psychological safety is something we actively build, so disagreeing in good faith is encouraged.

For your 6 of Mentoring, expect $113,000 - $169,000, a mentor, a benefits package, and the room to grow on a flexible schedule.
