A third-party municipal services provider is seeking an OHP Compliance Inspector for Housing Quality Standards inspections of Senior Living facilities. The role involves scheduling on-site inspections, evaluating unit compliance with HUD standards, and completing necessary reports. Candidates should be willing to travel for inspections and possess a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include ICC certification, engineering, or architectural license, along with at least 5 years of inspection experience.

Compensation ranges from $30 to $60 per hour based on qualifications.
