Renovation Project Manager — Miami, FL

Location:

Wynwood (in-office presence required daily)

Minimum 3 years of construction management experience in Miami, ideally in renovation.

Chapter is seeking a Renovation Project Manager to join our growing team in Miami. You’ll collaborate with a talented group of industry professionals across construction, architecture, and interior design to bring high‑end residential renovations to life.

This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone eager to take ownership of projects and grow within a fast‑paced design‑build firm. You’ll be mentored directly by our in‑house Head of Construction and will be involved in every phase of the project, from initial planning to final walkthrough.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead renovation projects from start to finish, including scheduling, material takeoffs, cost estimating, and proposal preparation
  • Manage day‑to‑day communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Oversee documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project updates
  • Coordinate drawings, samples, vendor pricing, and construction timelines
  • Participate in daily/weekly team meetings and ensure site progress aligns with project goals
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of construction management experience in Miami (required)
  • Experience with renovation projects, especially in high‑end residential (preferred)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • A collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset and a desire to grow within a team
