Location: Miami area (first 6–9 months on-site at an active commercial project)

A Miami Beach–based real estate development and general contracting firm is looking for a talented Assistant Project Manager with a background in Architecture or Construction Management. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands‑on construction experience and a long‑term path into real estate development.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support the Project Manager in keeping projects running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
  • Assist with coordination of subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and daily field operations.
  • Help maintain project logs, schedules, RFIs, punch lists, and quality control documentation.
  • Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and consultants.
  • Step in to support field or administrative tasks as needed — every day is different.
What You Bring
  • 2–3 years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction or design.
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Ability to read plans, understand codes, and communicate clearly with field teams.
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs;
    AutoCAD and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
