- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field (a plus)
- 3‑5 years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor
- Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites, or other project management software (a plus)
- Experience managing small projects or acting as part of a project team on larger, more complex projects
- Flexibility to travel
We are looking for Assistant Project Managers to support Project Managers in building and delivering exceptional services tailored to our clients’ specific goals and concerns. In this role, you will support the Project Manager with project set‑up, execution, close‑out, financial management, and relationship management.
- Ensure that proper tools and processes are in place prior to the beginning of a project.
- Manage the construction administration process from pre‑construction through close‑out.
- Collaborate and work with clients, owners, subcontractors, and Shawmut staff.
