JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN CEI - INSPECTOR AT CONEMCO

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented CEI-Inspector to join our team at Conemco
. This is a full‑time, on‑site position covering Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties
, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
.

As an Inspector you will be responsible for conducting field inspections of construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, ordinances, and regulations, and providing reports and feedback to ensure quality standards are met. You will support both small and large‑scale projects across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and residential.

Please note:

This is an on‑site role, and relocation assistance is not provided. We kindly encourage applications from candidates who are already located in Florida or are able to relocate independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical field inspections for new and existing construction projects.
  • Monitor capital improvement projects daily, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes, ordinances, and regulations.
  • Prepare inspection reports, records, and correspondence.
  • Oversee daily contracted work to ensure compliance with laws, codes, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Review plans and recommend changes to supervisors.
  • Address community complaints and concerns.
  • Provide project notifications and announcements to communities and neighborhoods.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of industry experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
    Spanish is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, offering constructive feedback to support team goals.
