TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator
- New Installation located in Miami, FL
Responsible for successfully coordinating all details involved with the purchasing, scheduling and delivery of materials required for new installation jobs so that the jobs are completed in a timely, productive and cost-efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Obtains approved submittal drawings from the owner and tracks submittals until complete.
- Generate, monitor and upsell change orders for material and schedule changes as needed.
- Release proper material according to the project schedule and contract obligations.
- Manage purchase orders, check for variances, manage overages.
- Maintains job file to include data pertaining to the job; maintains computer database, recording all activity that applies to the job, including current job status and all correspondence and future actions required; closes job file after final acceptance.
- Maintains awareness of construction progress through communication with customers, sales representatives and construction managers; coordinates follow-ups and delivery dates using written and oral communications; communicates with customers in all areas of approvals, fabrications and delivery.
- High school diploma or GED (general education degree); or one-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training in basic project management or administration
