Account Manager Trainee

In this role, you’ll manage and operate a Hilti Store to maximize walk‑in sales and support smaller field accounts, all while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll help construction professionals find the right solutions, demonstrate cutting‑edge products, and build trusted relationships that last. • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred.
• Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships.
• Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months.
