Vercetti Enterprises is a South Florida–based general contractor specializing in commercial, institutional, restaurant, and select design-build projects. We are in a growth phase and raising the standard for execution, schedule control, and accountability across our projects.

We are seeking a hands‑on Superintendent who takes ownership of the jobsite, drives the schedule, and holds trades accountable in a demanding South Florida construction environment.

The Superintendent is responsible for day‑to‑day field execution of assigned projects, from mobilization through closeout. This is not a passive role. You will be expected to lead the site, enforce standards, and proactively solve problems before they become costly.

You will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and ownership to ensure projects are built safely, on schedule, and to plan.

• Lead all on‑site construction activities from start to finish
• Enforce project schedules and daily/weekly work plans
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and self-performed work
• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Conduct daily site walks and quality control inspections
• Coordinate inspections with city, county, and third-party inspectors
• Review drawings and specifications to anticipate conflicts
• Communicate clearly with Project Managers regarding progress, issues, and manpower
• Enforce company standards for workmanship and professionalism
• Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, and documentation
• Drive punch list completion and closeout activities

• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
• Restaurant, retail, or institutional project experience
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
