Concrete Superintendent (x3) – Miami or West Palm Beach

Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr

A top-tier regional general contractor has three projects due to start in January/February 2026 (Miami, Davie, and West Palm Beach) and is looking for THREE hands‑on, experienced Superintendents to oversee daily site operations across commercial, industrial, and municipal builds.

You will ideally have 5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial concrete projects. You’ll be responsible for managing day‑to‑day site activity, ensuring the project stays on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and inspectors to keep everything moving efficiently on the ground.

A strong understanding of concrete‑specific construction methods and codes is essential, along with proven leadership and communication skills. You should be OSHA certified, organized under pressure, and experienced with new concrete pours, paving, structural repairs, and masonry work. This contractor is looking for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and knows how to deliver results in the field.
