City Drywall Construction, LLC is seeking a full‑time Construction Foreman to lead on‑site operations for active projects in Miami, FL
. This role is hands‑on and responsible for directing crews, maintaining safety and quality, and ensuring work is completed per plans, schedule, and company standards.

• Manage and oversee all daily on‑site construction activities
• Lead and coordinate crews and subcontractors
• Read, interpret drawings and complete layouts
• Plan daily work activities and maintain production schedules
• Communicate field conditions, issues, and progress to management
• Coordinate material, equipment, and deliveries with suppliers
• Maintain daily logs, site photos, and job reports using construction management platforms
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce job‑site safety requirements
• Identify and correct unsafe or non‑compliant work immediately

• Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings and layouts
• Experience in coordinating crews and subcontractors
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
• Previous experience in interior and exterior build‑outs
• High school diploma or equivalent
