Our client is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee the day-to- day field operations of our commercial and multifamily ground-up projects. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, scheduling expertise,and the ability to manage field personnel, subcontractors, and project logistics from

mobilization through close-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all field operations on assigned projects to ensure quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.

• Supervise subcontractors, field crews, and laborers to maintain jobsite safety, productivity, and compliance with project specifications.

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to review drawings, submittals, and specifications, and resolve field conflicts.

• Conduct and document daily reports, site logs, safety meetings, and progress photos in Procore.

• Ensure strict adherence to company safety policies and OSHA standards.

• Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and quality-control activities.

• Lead weekly OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) and subcontractor meetings.

• Assist in developing and maintaining 'as-built' drawings and punch lists.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor, overseeing ground-up commercial and/or multifamily projects.

• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.

• Proficient in Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
