Construction Manager/ Foreman, Procurement / Purchasing
For over 10 years, Park Lane Projects has built one of the most diverse portfolios in the construction industry. We work as trusted partners on ambitious projects across markets: ultra-high-end residential estates, multi-family high-rises, luxury retail on Rodeo Drive, and non-profit transitional housing. Clients bring us their most complex work because they know we'll see it through with judgment and care.
Our team members don't just execute projects, they build careers here. The range of sectors we cover means you'll rarely be doing the same thing twice, and the scale of what we take on means the work matters.
The RolePark Lane is hiring an Owner's Rep to join our core team. You'll work directly with clients and leadership, using your knowledge of the industry and the project landscape to spot issues early and recommend a way through them. Every communication you send, whether to a client or internally, should reflect Park Lane's standards.
This role comes with genuine room to grow. As an experienced Owner's Rep, your judgment will shape outcomes on the projects you run, and there's a clear path to taking on more scope and mentoring others as you prove it out.
