Construction Associate Attorney

• The role encompasses all phases of construction litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Required experience includes managing construction (CD) claims and A/E claims.
• Lewis Brisbois' construction litigators regularly represent government entities, public and private developers, general contractors, sub-contractors/artisans, and design professionals in cases involving alleged design and construction defects and construction fee disputes.
• The firm also defends construction accident claims, including those arising from the use of scaffold systems, shoring, demolition, and heavy machinery in industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
• Candidates with substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in construction law are invited to apply, even without prior construction law experience.
