Our client is seeking an experienced Interior Superintendent to join its team, overseeing the interior construction and finishing stages of complex, high-profile projects across South Florida.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious, high-value residential developments, delivering luxury interiors and high-quality finishes within some of South Florida's most significant high-rise and multifamily projects.

• Proven experience as an Interior Superintendent, ideally within high-rise residential or large-scale multifamily construction.
• Strong background working for a reputable General Contractor on high-value construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of interior finishes, fit-outs, and interior trade sequencing.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring exceptional quality standards.
• Ability to oversee complex interior construction packages from initial installation through final handover.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
