Our client is an established, financially strong commercial construction organization with a growing presence in commercial interiors. Known for its work in acoustical ceilings, the company is expanding its drywall and framing operations as part of a broader growth strategy.

This is an opportunity to join a company building momentum in the commercial framing and drywall market, with the need for experienced field leadership to help execute projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

This is not a tenant improvement company, these are large scale commercial (ground up) projects.

• Experience as a Framing Superintendent, Drywall Superintendent, Commercial Construction Superintendent, or in a similar field leadership role with directly relevant trade experience.
• Strong background overseeing commercial framing and drywall operations, particularly metal-stud and structural light-gauge framing.
• Experience managing field crews and subcontractors on new-construction commercial projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements to guide field execution.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, project leadership, and other trades to maintain workflow and resolve field issues.
• Ability to manage schedules, work sequencing, productivity, and coordination with subsequent interior finishing trades.
• Commitment to enforcing jobsite safety standards and maintaining quality control throughout construction.
• Experience with acoustical ceilings or broader commercial interiors work is a plus.
