Activations Technician

Join us as an Activations Technician at Televisa Univision
. In this role you will set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment for live events, client activations, and remote broadcasts. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments and has a passion for radio and event production.

• Prepare and set up broadcast equipment at remote locations, ensuring all technical aspects are ready for live transmissions.
• Collaborate with the event team to execute client activations and promotional events seamlessly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with audio and transmission equipment during live events.
• Operate soundboards, microphones, and other equipment during live broadcasts, ensuring high‑quality audio.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment used, issues encountered, and solutions implemented during events; report on outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in broadcasting, communications, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in radio broadcasting, live event production, or technical support preferred.
• Proficiency with audio equipment, sound mixing, and broadcasting software.
• Familiarity with RF transmission and troubleshooting techniques is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment of up to 50 pounds.
