Jr. Graphic Designer

DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of layout, color, and typography. The ideal candidate can follow brand guidelines and produce clean, balanced designs across print and digital platforms. You should be quick to learn, open to feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.
Duties and Responsibilities- Design and produce visual assets for print and digital media (brochures, flyers, catalogs, email layouts, social media graphics, power points).
- Create logos, icons, and vector illustrations using Adobe Illustrator.
- Perform photo editing and mockups in Adobe Photoshop.
- Develop multi-page layouts in Adobe InDesign.
- Assist with digital design projects using Adobe XD and Figma.
- Support basic video editing and motion graphics using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Utilize AI tools for photo editing and creative enhancements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
- 1–2 years of design experience (internship or professional).
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
- Portfolio showcasing print and digital design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Acrobat Pro.
- Basic knowledge of XD and Figma for digital layouts.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro and After Effects for simple video/motion projects.
- Comfortable using AI tools for photo editing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred:
Experience in the hospitality, cruise or travel industry.
- Strong proofreading skills and design sensibility.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and leadership.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
