Reserve is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-end design environments including luxury, lifestyle, sports, fashion, or modern cultural brands. The right candidate brings a sharp eye for detail, a refined aesthetic, and the ability to translate creative direction into elevated, consistent, and compelling visual work across channels.
WhatYou’ll Work On
- Design for multi-channel touchpoints including social, web, email, print, packaging, merchandise, decks, signage, and event environments
- Develop visual identities and campaign systems including typography lockups, layout standards, and storytelling concepts
- Support cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, apparel, partnerships, and events through concepting, execution, and final delivery
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries
- Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across printed and physical formats
- 3 to 5+ years of graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and In Design
- Working knowledge or proficiency in AI creative platforms including Nano Banana Pro or similar tools for design, editing, and production workflows
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or asset management platforms is a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, layout composition, and brand identity systems
- A portfolio showcasing elevated, modern branding work across digital and print
- Ability to manage timelines, pivot quickly, and execute at a high level in a fast-moving environment
- Detail oriented and committed to excellence
- Confident working within an established brand identity while knowing how and when to evolve it
- Organized and proactive with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
