Supervising Producer – Razorfish

OverviewThe Supervising Producer will lead the successful delivery of production work for video, motion, experiential, or social assets on targeted client projects. Working with an in‑house production team and third‑party vendors, the Producer ensures all deliverables are produced on‑time, on‑budget and at the highest quality. This is a hybrid position, requiring three days in-office each week.
Responsibilities- Bid and manage small to mid‑scale productions.
- Develop and manage production budgets, overseeing projects from pre‑production through to post‑production and delivery.
- Manage and support junior producers.
- Maintain production processes and best practices, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate client visions into high‑quality deliverables.
- Liaise with account services, legal, and product teams to facilitate communication.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Problem‑solve complex project challenges.
- Continuously develop the team through training and mentorship.
- 7+ years of production experience with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in film production, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Deep understanding of the full production lifecycle and technical processes involved in content creation.
- Automotive production experience (nice to have).
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and social media trends.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team‑management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, including negotiation and stakeholder presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Client relationship management and vendor negotiation experience.
- Software proficiency/Digital literacy (MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Available for 25% travel and occasional night/weekend work.
