About the role:

The selected person will be responsible for leading the development of creative assets and visual production for all of the brand’s communication channels, ensuring aesthetic coherence, innovation, and brand consistency.

• Overall responsibility for the company’s creative design and visual production.
• Development of commercial, creative, and visual projects.
• Design and production of graphic and audiovisual pieces for social media, web, email marketing, digital advertising, and institutional presentations.
• Creation of animations, motion graphics, and videos.
• Production of infographics, flyers, and materials for acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Ongoing maintenance and updating of graphic proposals, incorporating new trends and formats.
• Ensuring visual consistency of the brand across all touchpoints.
• Collaborating with the Marketing team on campaign conceptualization and creative proposals.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Preferably previous experience in an advertising agency.
• Experience in branding and advertising projects (BTL ATL).
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and the Adobe package.
• Intermediate/advanced English level.
• Portfolio submission (mandatory).
