Unrivaled is a premier professional women's 3v3 basketball league showcasing the top players in the sport. Our mission is to elevate the profile of women’s basketball through exceptional talent, groundbreaking partnerships, and unparalleled fan experiences.

Unrivaled Basketball is seeking a creative, fast‑moving Videographer to help capture, edit, and deliver standout video content for our You Tube channel. This role will work closely with our You Tube Specialist and content team to shoot original footage, player features, behind‑the‑scenes moments, and episodic series that bring the league to life.

• Capture and edit high‑quality video content for Unrivaled’s You Tube channel, including player features, behind‑the‑scenes content, interviews, short‑form series, and original storytelling.
• Collaborate with the social team, editors, and content team to execute You Tube‑first video concepts that drive views, retention, and subscriptions.
• Manage all aspects of production: filming, lighting, audio, and setup, both in controlled and live/on‑the‑fly environments.
• Travel with the league as needed to document key events, practices, games, and player stories.
• Organize, log, and deliver footage in a timely and efficient manner to editors and collaborators.
• Maintain and transport gear, ensuring all equipment is charged, functional, and production‑ready.
• Provide creative input on shot lists, scene direction, and video format based on platform best practices.
• Work closely with editors to ensure footage aligns with desired look, tone, and pacing for You Tube content.

• 2–4 years of professional videography experience, ideally with digital‑first or You Tube‑focused content.
• Strong portfolio or reel that shows ability to shoot clean, compelling footage across various formats and settings.
• Proficient with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, audio equipment, lighting setups, and video production workflows (Sony Cameras).
• Experience filming for sports, documentaries, lifestyle, or social‑first video content preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a creative team in high‑pressure or fast‑paced environments.
• Strong understanding of You Tube storytelling, pacing, and visual language.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or other editing software is a plus.
• Organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple shoots or deliverables.
• Passionate about women’s sports and excited to help shape the way fans connect with the Unrivaled brand through video.
