Role Overview

As Creative Director, Performance, you will lead the creative strategy and execution for our paid social programs across a diverse set of clients. You’ll translate business goals into compelling, high-performance creative that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance, ensuring every asset is customer‑centric, testable, and scalable.

Your Core Responsibility

You own TNT Growth’s Performance Creative System across Meta, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social platforms. If creative fatigue drops, velocity increases, and performance stabilizes at scale — you’re winning. Owning that means:

  • How creative is conceived
  • How it is tested
  • How Meta recognizes it as distinct
  • How learning compounds across accounts
  • How buyers and creatives work together
What You Will Build

You will inherit and lead a high‑performing creative team, spearheading a new performance‑creative initiative with real leverage, not rebuilding foundations. You will design and lead:

  • A Meta‑native creative operating system
    • Hook‑first architecture
    • Visual distinctiveness standards
    • Persona‑led creative strategy
    • Creative worlds repeatable scalable environments
    • Differentiation rules Meta actually responds to
  • A Creative Graph
    • Audience × Hook × World × Drive × Offer
    • Clear mapping of what works, for whom, and why
    • Internal creative IP that compounds over time
  • A performance‑linked creative process
    • Creative briefs buyers actually use
    • Testing designed for insight, not noise
    • Faster time‑to‑learning
    • Fewer wasted tests
What You’ll Do (Non-Negotiables)
  • Own creative strategy across all paid social accounts
  • Redesign how creative testing is done at TNT Growth
  • Eliminate visual similarity and fatigue across ad libraries
  • Lead creative direction across Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In
  • Build and enforce creative differentiation standards
  • Partner tightly with Media Buyers and Growth Managers
  • Train buyers to think creatively, not just optimize
  • Build documentation, playbooks, and internal training
  • Recruit, lead, and level up designers and copywriters
  • Kill ideas that don’t meet the bar — fast

  • Redesign workflows that no longer serve performance
