Motivator Music was born from the idea that motivation doesn’t have to be boring. We produced video concepts, inspiring messages, and creative storytelling, blending them to create mantra tracks and mini movies that help people workout, power through projects, and stay motivated.

This role is designed for a producer who wants to grow with the brand
, collaborate creatively, and participate in the upside.

You’ll help shape the sound of:

• Speaking albums & motivational projects
• Mantra / affirmation tracks
• Podcast and commercial‑ready music
• Sync‑friendly motivational audio

This is not a work‑for‑hire position
. It’s a long‑term creative partnership with shared wins.

• Produce original tracks that support spoken word, motivation, and mindset content
• Collaborate with speakers, voice talent, and creators
• Develop a cohesive “Motivator Music” sonic identity
• Adapt music for albums, short‑form content, and licensing
• Be involved in creative direction, not just execution

You’re a strong fit if you:

• Are an experienced music producer (any DAW welcome)
• Understand how music supports emotion, message, and pacing
• Enjoy building catalogs, not just one‑off tracks
• Think like an entrepreneur, not just a contractor
• Are excited by revenue share, ownership, and long‑term growth
• Are open to shaping a new genre / lane in music
• Bonus: worked with spoken word, podcasts, or voice‑based content
