Screenwriting Music Video

Seeking a Senior Screenwriter to immediately dive into concept development for an upcoming independent music video project. We're looking for someone to craft a compelling, narrative-driven script for a Miami-based artist, blending surreal elements with a gritty, urban aesthetic. Think a dark, moody thriller vibe, but with high energy and moments of intense beauty. This isn't just about a few scenes;

we want a full story arc that elevates the song's themes. Your primary responsibility will be developing the treatment and then scripting the full narrative, including specific visual cues and character motivations. We need someone with a strong portfolio showcasing previous music video or short film screenwriting credits. Experience working with deferred compensation models is a plus, as is familiarity with the Miami music scene.

You should be able to deliver a solid first draft by around October 17, 2026. This project is high-concept, so a strong, imaginative voice is essential. We will provide all necessary track information and creative direction. The shoot is currently planned for a 1-2 day period around November 3, 2026, though your work will be mostly pre-production. We're looking to make a decision by November 18, 2026.
