Buyer, Creative Arts/Media

This remote Buyer role puts you at the center of projects that matter to our customers and our business. Bring Stress Management and Conflict Resolution sharpened over 4 years, and Oliver Wyman answers with $65,000 - $90,000 plus a clear path up.

• Make peace with hands-dirty ambiguity and ship anyway
• Own the follow-through after the general meeting ends
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet
• Execute core Buyer duties with accuracy and consistency
• Hold the line on quality when deadlines start whispering shortcuts
• Coach newer mid-level teammates through their first messy general project
• Maintain clear documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered

• Experience thriving in a craft-obsessed, deadline-driven setting like Oliver Wyman
• A keen eye for quality and consistency in your output
• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions
• A point of view on Oliver Wyman's space, sharpened by your own reading
• Comfort steering general conversations toward a decision

Oliver Wyman is a fast-growing general company in Jacksonville, FL, where Conflict Resolution and Communication drive everything we do. We move fast on Communication but slow down whenever someone says they feel rushed past good judgment.

Salaries here begin at $65,000 - $90,000, complemented by stock options, learning budgets, and weekly one-on-one coaching.

Fresh interview slots opened up this week for the Buyer search.
