Interviewer

Mad Broad Media is a street interview creative agency in New York. Our crews film real people reacting to our clients' products in cities and college towns across the country. We cut that footage into ads that brands run on Meta.

You are the person on camera in our street interview ads. You stop people in Miami, get them talking, and ask the questions in the script. On each shoot you work with one of our directors, who runs the camera and calls retakes.

• Stop people, put them at ease, and ask the questions in the script.
• Hand the mic to your guest for every answer.
• Talk with each guest as a person and have fun on camera. It shows in the footage.
• Get at least three good interviews an hour.
• Read our field manager's notes on your footage and use them on your next shoot.

• You can walk up to anyone and start a conversation.
• You have energy on camera.
• You can stick to a script and still sound like yourself.
• You live in or near Miami.

You choose your hours. Each week you enter the times you're free in our app, and we book shoots inside them.

To get hired, you apply with a one-minute video, watch our training videos, pass a test, and film a paid trial shoot with one of our directors. If the trial goes well, you join the crew.
