Hybrid position located in Miami, Florida.

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.

• Full‑time:
  This job is 40 hours a week. Shifts are usually (not always) 5 consecutive days on with 2 consecutive days off for 8‑hour shifts, but shifts can change to meet business needs. Availability is required.
• Hours of operation:
  Monday‑Friday 8am‑9pm EST, Saturday and Sunday 10am‑6:30pm. Working in the office every Tuesday & Wednesday.
• We pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked.

• Combination of virtual “classroom” & “on the job” training that is typically 4 weeks long; duration can vary.
• Hybrid training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm EST with a lunch break. Subject to change.

$14.69 – $24.59 per hour.

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
