Position Summary

Position Summary: As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide personalized check-in and check-out services.
  • Handle reservations and manage the booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and directions.
  • Process payments and manage cash handling accurately.
  • Update guest information in the property management system as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support the management team required.
  • Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with computer systems and booking software; experience with Marriott knowledge is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong service orientation.
